The EARLY fee is applied for registrations by October 30th 2026, after this date the LATE fee is charged.
* IEEE or AIMagn Members can register at a reduced rate providing their personal IEEE or AIMagn code in the registration form.
#Student status applies to those who have not yet defended their doctoral thesis.
The LIGHT fee includes:
- Attendance at the technical sessions
- Welcome reception
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. (first meal: dinner on Thursday 7th, last meal: lunch on Sunday 10th)
- Accommodation at the conference venue: it is possible to choose between single and multiple bed type of rooms.
- Social events (excluded the social dinner)
The FULL fee includes:
- Everything that is included in the LIGHT fee
- Social Dinner
Accompanying person LIGHT fee includes:
- Welcome reception
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks
- Accommodation in a shared double/triple/quadruple room in the Olympic Village in Bardonecchia
- Social events (excluded the social dinner)
The Accompanying person FULL fee includes:
- Everything that is included in the LIGHT fee
- Social Dinner
Note: Accommodation is included in the registration fee; to ensure availability, please register promptly, as room numbers are limited. Late registrations will be accommodated only if space permits.
A reduction of EUR 190 applies if the room is shared (double, triple or quadruple rooms possible). This option can be indicated in the registration form by ticking MULTIPLE. You will have the option to indicate the name of your roommate(s).
The social dinner will be held on Saturday, January 9th at the restaurant Rifugio Pian del Sole. The restaurant is situated at 1500m altitude at the upper station of the chair lift Campo Smith (10min on foot from the Olympic Village). The chair lift will operate exclusively for the conference attendees.
The restaurant has a limited number of seats, approximately 190: be sure to reserve your place upon registration, before the seats are complete! The social dinner is included in the FULL registration fee including the chair lift transportation.
