Registration is mandatory for all attendees.

Registrations after 3rd May will not include the social dinner.

Registration fees include:

  • Attendance at all technical sessions
  • Coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner

Cancelation policy:

  • For cancelations received until April 15, 80% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • For cancelations received after April 15, no reimbursement will be provided.

Accompanying person fee includes the social dinner.

Registration procedure

  1. Payment of the fee. It can be done:
  • by bank transfer, from SEPA countries: EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway
  • by credit card (via PayPal), from non-SEPA countries
