Application & Registration

To apply for the application to the school, please:

  1. fill the registration document (registration_form)

The deadline for the application is 25 September 2025.

Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent by 30 September 2025.

The registration will close on 25 October 2025

Registration Fees

Registration fees include:

  • Partecipation to the school
  • coffee breaks (10-12 December)
  • pizza dinner on 10 December
  • lunches (10-12 December)
  • social dinner 12 December
  • social activities on 13 December
  • housing : 4 nights (check-in: 9 and check-out: 13 December) in a shared room with another student

Registration procedure

Registration procedure consists of two steps:

  1. Payment of the fee. It can be done:
    • by bank transfer, from SEPA countries: EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway
    • by credit card (via PayPal), from non-SEPA countries
    • A complete map of SEPA countries can be found here. Below, you will find the details for the two types of payment.
  2. Filling in the registration form (link).
