Seminars day – IEEE Magnetics sponsored

The exchange of information among scientists cannot be stopped by the Covid-19 outbreak.

To this aim, the IEEE Magnetics Society – Italy Chapter is organizing some virtual workshops and seminaries on relevant multidisciplinary topics in different fields of Physics, Mathematics, Material Science and Engineering.

The next events will be held on January 22th and 4th February, 2021.

Other workshops will be scheduled in the months of February, March and April. Updates will be given on this page.

These workshops are sponsored by other associations and research projects:

– PETASPIN association

– project “Diodi spintronici rad-hard ad elevata sensitività – DIOSPIN” funded by the Italian Space Agency (ASI) within the call “Nuove idee per la componentistica spaziale del futuro”

– project ThunderSKY, funded by the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI) and the General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT), under Grant Agreement No. 871

If you want to propose a seminar or organize a half day virtual workshop please contact prof. Giovanni Finocchio (gfinocchio@unime.it), we will be happy to support you. A committee will evaluate your proposal within two weeks. If you want to sponsor these activities please contact us (gfinocchio@unime.it).
