Instructions for ORAL Presentation Sessions
TALK DURATIONS:
- KeynoteLectures are scheduled for 35 minutes + 10 min Q&A
- Invited Lectures are scheduled for 25 minutes + 5 min Q&A
- Contributed talk are scheduled for 12 minutes + 3 min Q&A
Equipment and preparation: All presentations should run from a dedicated laptop. Please upload your presentation before your session starts (see student volunteers or session chairs for assistance). Available presentation formats: PDF or PPTX.
Timing: Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts, introduce yourself to the session chair, and check the presentation rendering.
Instructions for POSTER Sessions
The poster boards can host vertical posters in A0 format (84,1 cm x 118,9 cm).
Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your paper, which include but are not limited to background, methods, results, and conclusion. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible.
ONSITE INFORMATION
- The author/presenter should post their poster on the poster panel ahead of their poster session. For the detailed schedule of poster arrangement please refer to the Program webpage.
- Pins/clips will be provided. Either orientation will work.
- At your discretion, the poster could also be printed in Milan, for example, at the printing center of Politecnico di Milano (Poliprint), conveniently located near the conference room. We suggest contacting them directly by e-mail (poliprint-leo-acl@polimi.it, +39 02 2399 2099). There, posters can be printed in a few minutes when you show up at the print center and upon payment. It is recommended to send the poster in advance as high-resolution PDF, the preferred format to avoid compatibility issues.
