ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS PRESENTATIONS

The presenting author or representative must be registered at the conference and able to explain the content and answer questions on the presented work during the conference.

Contributed presentation format is a 12 min talk by the registered author followed by 3 min discussion.

Invited presentation format is a 25 min talk by the registered author followed by 5 min discussion.

Keynote presentation format is a 45 min talk by the registered author followed by 10 min discussion.

All presenters are kindly requested to make use of the dedicated computer that will be available at the conference room. This will be the only computer connected on-line to enable streaming/recording of the presentations. Please, come to the session room 15 min prior the scheduled starting time to ensure that everything works properly and the session starts in due time.

Recommended format: Slides with a 16:9 aspect ratio for all presentations.

All talks will be recorded and posted on the YouTube channel of Petaspin after 6 months of embargo.

IMPORTANT: Presentations can be uploaded via the link provided by email or must be delivered at the venue in a flash drive on the day of your presentation, at least 30 minutes before the session starts. The technical staff will assist you. No exceptions will be done because the computer available in the room will be the only one connected to guarantee live stream presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

The code assigned to your Poster will be on your badge, the same code is on the panel where you have to show your poster.

The poster rooms are inside the Conference Room “Sala Cesarini” in second floor – second level.

The presenting author or a representative must be registered at the conference and able to explain the content and answer questions on the presented work during the conference.

Posters should follow an A0 format: 84 cm wide by 119 cm high.

In order to engage interactivity during the congress the Scientific Committee asks the authors to include in the bottom margin of the poster the email of the presenting author or corresponding author.

All posters presented on-site will be eligible for the Best Poster Presentation Award.

On-site Staff Members will provide help to authors to place the posters at the conference venue in the days of Poster session A and B.

Posters must be hung the day of the presentation and must be removed at the end of the day. Posters that have not been removed at the indicated times will be removed and discarded by the Organization.
