Call for Abstracts

The new date of the conference “Trends in Magnetism TMAG2020“, postponed last year due to the COVID-19, are September 6 – 10, 2021. The conference will be hybrid, with participation in-person and online. The in-person part will be held at Hotel Cefalù Sea Palace (https://www.cefaluseapalace.it/en/), Cefalù, Italy. The in-person participants have to be vaccinated by 31 July 2021.

Members of the international scientific and engineering communities interested in presenting their results in recent trends and challenges of cutting-edge research in fundamental and applied magnetism are cordially invited to submit an abstract (you can find all the information at this link https://www.petaspin.com/authors/abstract-submission/) by 15th of May 2021 and are invited to attend the Conference.

For all the accepted abstracts the presenters have to prepare a pre-recorded talk which will be uploaded in a specific platform (details will follow) by 15 July 2021. There will be no poster presentations.

The list of invited speakers can be found at the link, a series of interdisciplinary talks will be given to discuss some possible new direction of research in magnetism.

The conference is co-sponsored by IUPAP, IEEE Magnetic society – Italy chapter and the University of Messina.

TMAG2020 conference organizers share the principle of Free Circulation of Scientists and that the Universality of Science is fundamental to scientific progress. This principle embodies freedom of movement, association, expression and communication for scientists, as well as equitable access to data, information and research materials.

The Conference provides the opportunity to share your research and interact with a large and broad collection of researchers in a unique environment, in this regards we have also planned different social activities. Awards for young researchers are also planned (https://www.petaspin.com/awards/).

Up-to-date information on all aspects of the Conference can be found at (https://www.petaspin.com/tmag2020/).
